2026 FUNDRAISER RAFFLE — OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
RAFFLE PERIOD
The raffle begins March 12, 2026 and ends April 12, 2026.
The drawing will be conducted live at 5:00 PM Central Time on April 12, 2026 via the official Wheelchair Adventures Facebook page.
Wheelchair Adventures reserves the right to extend or modify the raffle period if necessary due to
unforeseen circumstances.
PRIZES
Grand Prize: Franchi Affinity 3 — 12 Gauge — 28” Barrel — Realtree Max-7. Model Number -42016
Second Prize: Banish Solo 22 Suppressor OR $345 credit toward another Banish suppressor.
Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at the
discretion of Wheelchair Adventures.
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least 21 years of age, legal residents of the United States,
and legally eligible to possess firearms and/or NFA-regulated items.
All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
ENTRY INFORMATION
$20 donation = 1 entry.
$100 donation = 6 entries.
Unlimited entries permitted.
Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Central Time on April 12, 2026.
Donations are non-refundable charitable contributions to Wheelchair Adventures.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email.
If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible,
an alternate winner may be selected.
FIREARM TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS
The firearm must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL).
The winner must pass all required background checks.
The winner is responsible for all transfer fees, shipping costs, and related expenses.
If the winner fails the background check or cannot legally take possession,
the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
SUPPRESSOR / NFA REQUIREMENTS
All ATF and National Firearms Act (NFA) regulations apply.
The winner is responsible for all tax stamps, ATF paperwork, and transfer fees.
If the suppressor cannot legally be transferred to the winner,
the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Wheelchair Adventures,
its officers, board members, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising
from participation in the raffle or acceptance and use of any prize.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Wheelchair Adventures permission
to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposeswithout additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Wheelchair Adventures reserves the right to disqualify entrants violating these terms,
and to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle if necessary due to legal issues,
fraud, or circumstances beyond its control.
